Overview

As a new acquisition to the Henderson Herald fund, this retail park was suffering from a falling tenant line up and low customer footfall.
We were commissioned to conduct an audit of the site and to make recommendations to change the centres fortunes.
Our recommendations were implemented over a three month period and included re-branding the Centre to ‘Centro Navile’. The new identity was used to create a suite of new style communication elements.
New marketing initiatives have created a new awareness of Centro Navile in Bologna and has driven new interest from tenants including McDonalds.
