We are looking for someone to join our experienced team of retail experts to support on some fantastic creative projects. We’re a well-established retail design agency that is growing steadily, with an enviable client list that always keeps us on our toes.
We are a seeking a super-organised Project Manager to oversee a range of small to large size clients across a varied mix of retail design projects - from retail branding, shopper campaigns, interior design, up to larger scale asset enhancement delivery and roll out of retail concepts. Ideally, you’ll be an experienced PM or AM already, with hands-on knowledge of the fast-paced retail world, used to working with stakeholders and a creative team to lead a project all the way from early concept to implementation. It’s a role with many “hats” and so being highly adaptive and a quick-thinker is an absolute must.
From the off, these projects will require strong organisational skills, often for fee-heavy projects that can stretch over several months. Conference calls and face to face meetings are frequent, and with the support of a lead designer/client partner, you’ll be delivering new concepts to high streets and shopping centres across the UK (and occasionally overseas). You’ll be liaising with mix of Landlords, Asset Managers, Marketing Managers and Shopping Centre Managers, keeping all key stakeholders updated at every stage, plus also keeping Beyond’s internal teams updated on scheduling and billing.
The role also covers a range of smaller graphics projects that are faster paced, needing a closer eye on the details and managing clients expectations on tighter deadlines. Inspiring the creative team and natural problem-solving is key, on briefs that can vary from window line strategies to more creative seasonal shopper campaigns and brochure designs.
Experience dealing with contractors/ suppliers/ 3D designers is desired, as a means of support to our lead creatives who need to attend site visits and manage the detailing across any 3D projects.Occasional print production management is required, and you’ll be working closely with an artworker to oversee the quality and consistency of output, whether it be print or large-format signage.
